The Monitoring Officer at the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority has a duty under the Local Democracy Economic Development and Construction Act 2009 to be responsible for the operation of the Liverpool City Region, Combined Authority's Constitution.
For ease of use, the Constitution has now been fully updated and built within the Modern.Gov system and will be accessible from the Intranet/Internet.
This way of working will aid future updates and publication of the Constitution to ensure that the latest version is always available.
